💭 Reflecting on my experiences throughout the year, 2024 has been a strange one of navigating uncertainties and embracing opportunities within digitalization for a lot of people and organizations – and sometimes, rethinking your existing ways is necessary before adding new ones.   We’ve seen our partners at WorkPoint have lots of dialogue throughout the year with customers, but because of uncertainty and a reluctance to take action, we have chosen to look at how we can turn it into something positive, and how we can support our partners even better in times like these.   Despite hesitation in the markets to fully embrace the next step of digital transformation, we’re currently experiencing an increasing interest as another challenge has arisen which is the fear of now being outpaced by competitors and their technological uptake.   And just as we’re experiencing this increase in demand, we’ve put the final touch in some of our strategic positioning, which is not only beneficial to us at WorkPoint in terms of better direction and alignment, but also for our partners and their customers.   It’s our belief that sometimes it’s not enough to simply add something new to your operations if you want improvement – you must also rethink your existing operations. That’s what we and our partners can help with.   It doesn’t have to be difficult and often times it starts with just a simple dialogue. ✨   We’ve seen this approach resonate really well with a mix of customers, and we have even seen examples of large organizations rethinking their operations with a modernized approach to new technology with great success.   And while this year has been strange, momentum is clearly building, and we’re seeing the balloon that has been pushed ahead throughout the entire year finally begin to burst, leaving me optimistic for an exciting 2025.   Are you rethinking anything next year? 🤔   Until then, Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

🌟 2024: The Year of Change, Growth, and Transformation 🌟 As 2025 draws near, I find myself reflecting on the rollercoaster ride that has been 2024. One theme that stands out above all: “Being comfortable with being uncomfortable.” This year has been nothing short of transformative. After two rewarding years in recruitment, where I had the privilege of working with incredible candidates and clients, I took a bold leap into sales. It wasn’t easy, steep learning curves, and plenty of moments where the uncomfortably of it all crept in. But as I look back, one thing is clear: betting on myself was the best decision I could have made. In just a few months, I've had the privilege of working with amazing clients, building strong relationships with candidates, and joining a supportive team at Altis Technology / Altis Recruitment. Their dedication to both clients and team members has been inspiring, and I'm excited to contribute to their mission. The IT staffing industry offers constant learning, and I'm grateful to be part of such a dynamic field. 2024 has been about embracing the discomfort, stepping outside my comfort zone, and continuously adapting.
