Last month marked 10 years of Nava— a decade of working to make government services simple, effective, and human-centered. I’ve had the privilege of being part of this mission for nearly 3 of those years. In that time, I’ve not only grown professionally, but I’ve also built lasting friendships and found a community of people who care deeply about designing systems that actually work for the people they’re meant to serve.
