  • Pomelo Care's Head of Clinical Solutions, Eva Luo, had the honor of participating in an important conversation on the future of women’s health at the Women’s Health Convening: Now and Forward, hosted by the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (MLSC). The event brought together leaders across healthcare, research, and policy to explore how we can accelerate progress in women's health through innovation and collaboration. Eva shared her perspective on the urgent need for systems-level solutions to address gaps in access and care delivery. She spoke about how Pomelo Care is using evidence-based care and technology to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and expand access, and why staying focused on patients, not politics, is key to long-term progress.

  • Pomelo Care’s founder and CEO, Marta Bralic Kerns, recently joined The Pulse Podcast by Wharton Digital Health to share how we're working to transform maternal and children's healthcare. In this conversation, Marta delves into why Pomelo began in Medicaid, one of the most complex and underserved areas of the healthcare system, and how that foundation has shaped our ability to scale personalized, proactive care. She discusses what it takes to deliver better outcomes through a virtual-first, hybrid model and how we’re using data to drive real results for families. Marta also reflects on her path to founding Pomelo and why this moment demands bold, evidence-based solutions that truly center the patient experience. If you're interested in maternal health, value-based care, or scaling in healthcare, it's worth a listen. Founder & CEO at Pomelo Care - we're hiring!

Check out the latest installment of First Round Capital's 0 to $5M Series, all about one of the toughest early challenges for founders: building sales repeatability. I spoke with Meka Asonye about the six critical questions I asked during every early deal at Pomelo and how we used each one as a learning opportunity. As I shared in the piece, your recipe won’t look exactly like anyone else’s. It can’t. Your product, your market, and your buyers are unique. But carefully documenting your “happy customer journey” is what transforms random wins into repeatable success. Read it here: https://xmrrwallet.com/cmx.plnkd.in/g_2Wk__6

Could you replicate your last deal? Your last 10 wins? “Dig under the hood in the early days and often you'll find two friendlies, a warm intro from your cap table, and your sister's college roommate with spare budget,” says Sam Taylor (first enterprise sales rep at Dropbox, also GTM leader at Quip, Loom). True revenue repeatability is more than closing — it’s knowing how to do it again (and again). It’s about trying to create a sales recipe where if you follow the steps, you can bake cakes. That's the goal. But when every early deal feels like its own bespoke journey, where do you even start? To help out, Meka Asonye dedicated the latest installment of his 0-$5M series on The Review to this very topic. He sat down with founders and early revenue leaders to crowdsource tactics for turning scattered early wins into a repeatable sales playbook, including: -Mike Molinet 🦉, founder of Branch ($100M+ in ARR) and now Thena -Marta Bralic Kerns, founder/CEO of Pomelo Care, early at Flatiron Health -Michael Loiacono, who’s been a first 20 employee 6X (recently heading up sales Testlio) -Peter Kazanjy, Atrium co-founder who literally wrote the book on founder-led sales

“What does it look like to have a really well-oiled group that is working together to tackle a challenge?” Meredith Warton, VP of Health Innovation at Aon, sparked this powerful question at our Aon Accelerate Labs yesterday in Chicago, and the energy was electric! We were honored to bring together four trailblazing companies — Hinge Health, Pomelo Care, Progyny, Inc., and Spring Health — alongside our partner Rock Health and dynamic facilitator Creature, all united in the mission to revolutionize women’s health. In a world where employers navigate a maze of carriers, administrators, and point solutions, it's time for a breakthrough. Our Lab was designed to be a beacon of hope, igniting fresh ideas and fostering collaboration to transform this chaotic ecosystem into one of efficiency and opportunity. The passion and innovation at these roundtables reaffirmed our belief that when we unite, we can achieve the extraordinary. Together, we're paving the way for impactful solutions that empower employers and their workforce. Stay tuned for the exciting insights from this inaugural lab, and join us on this journey of continued innovation and change! #AonAccelerateLabs #HealthSolutions #WomensHealth #innovation #healthtech #leadership #teamwork #thinktank #collaboration #employersolutions #healthcarerevolution #futureofwork
