We’re excited to share that The Jewish Chronicle has been shortlisted for “Journalism-based Website of the Year (Specialist/B2B)” in the 2025 Press Gazette Future of Media Awards. 🏆 TheJC.com relaunched earlier this year as part of a sweeping digital transformation designed and delivered in partnership with Fueled. The reimagined, mobile-first platform reinforces the publication’s authority, boosts editorial innovation, and opens new revenue streams for the historic publication, including its first ever tiered membership and subscription features. Congratulations to Head of Digital Josh Kaplan and the whole team at The Jewish Chronicle on this well-deserved recognition. https://xmrrwallet.com/cmx.plnkd.in/gc9VZM_S

At #WebflowConf in September, our SVP of Technology will be speaking to shifts in digital service delivery brought on by emerging technologies advanced by CMS's and website platforms like Webflow.
Strategic Technology & Growth Executive | Digital Agency Growth | M&A Integration | Remote-First Leadership
On September 18th, I'll be speaking at #WebflowConf in a panel session called "Rewriting the rules: The new strategies powering top digital agencies". I'm excited to join Lisa Box, Isabel Kantor, and Liz Spranzani in a conversation exploring how leading digital agencies liked Fueled are rearchitecting their models, services, and client relationships to meet shifting expectations and take advantage of emerging technologies. If you're attending the event in person, I'd love to find some time to connect. My panel, plus talks on emerging design trends, optimization strategies, Webflow product news, and more, will also be live-streamed for free. Flying people in. Blocking calendars. Booking off-sites. It’s not cheap. But neither are weeks of delays—or failed rollouts caused by misalignment. Getting key stakeholders in a room—at the right moment—pays for itself in time saved and risk avoided. Our Director of UX shares why strategic workshops aren’t a luxury—they’re leverage. https://xmrrwallet.com/cmx.plnkd.in/gQrVPq5H

Last month, I co-authored a white paper with my colleague Brian Bourn, shaped by nearly seven years of work with multiple State of California agencies and several notable federal projects. 📘 Grounded in real-world case studies, the paper offers a pragmatic framework for achieving and sustaining accessibility at scale. In our experience, maintaining accessibility after a launch or "clean up" is where things most often break down. We explore how smart CMS architecture, automation, and integrations can reduce reliance on manual effort, which tends to be time-consuming, resource-intensive, and especially prone to human error. What sets this white paper apart is its focus on the *efficiency* case for accessibility in government. We’ve seen it firsthand: one of the most effective ways to reduce spending without cutting services is to shift labor-intensive, in-person support to self-service digital workflows. That’s not a new idea, but in practice, it can't be said enough that the same populations who need accessible digital services are also those often most in need of government support. When online services fall short for those populations, the cost, both human and financial, is high. 💸 In my view, the accessibility conversation is too often framed solely around morality (“you should do this because it’s right”) or legal risk (“you should do this so you don’t get sued”). Both are valid. But especially in the context of constrained budgets and hard choices, it’s critical to make the case that accessibility is good government, not just ethically, but operationally. We've uploaded the paper in PDF and ePub formats. I'd love any feedback or input! https://xmrrwallet.com/cmx.plnkd.in/gjaARh39 #Accessibility #DigitalGovernment #GovTech #InclusiveDesign

We’re planning to join our longtime partners at WordPress VIP on August 21 for a live webinar exploring their latest work on the Open & Intelligent Experience Builder. Our 10up WordPress Practice has been using the platform for almost 15 years and was the program's first Partner of the Year just a couple of years ago... so needless to say, we're always paying close attention to their latest innovations and eager to see what CMO Anne-Marie Goulet and CTO Brian Alvey have been cooking up. Consistent with our own content and focus this year, our view is that enterprises today expect content platforms to leverage a new generation of technology – AI, big data, personalization platforms, low code publishing tools – to drive velocity and efficiency without compromising quality, control, or performance. The session's agenda reinforces that our friends at WordPress VIP get it, addressing publishing workflows, AI accelerated content creation, Parse.ly driven insights, and more head on. Looking forward to it.
Too many marketers are buried in tools, tabs, and approval chains that slow them down. At WordPress VIP, we believe high-performing teams don’t need more dashboards—they need fewer blockers. The best marketing happens when publishing is seamless, data is accessible, and AI is an accelerator—not a stressor. In this clip, our CMO, Anne-Marie Goulet, shares how she’s thinking about building a faster, clearer path to better marketing outcomes. Join her and our CTO, Brian Alvey, on August 21 for a live walkthrough of what we’ve built—and why it matters. Save your spot here: https://xmrrwallet.com/cmx.plnkd.in/g9rR3JqY

Super proud to be leading the team working on Google Site Kit at Fueled! I'm so proud of how hard everyone works on this project and the passion they bring each and every day. Seeing things like this really solidifies the dedication of the team and shows that going the extra mile really does get noticed.
Google Site Kit, the official WordPress plugin we built in partnership with Google, was recently named the most trusted plugin in the WordPress ecosystem, with 40% of users ranking it #1 in a new independent industry survey by Liquid Web. It’s also now among the top 10 most popular plugins on WordPress.org, active on over 5 million sites. This is more than a success story about a plugin. It’s a reflection of how powerful the open web can be when global platforms and open-source communities come together with shared purpose. Our WordPress practice partnered with Google to bring Site Kit to life, not as an outside vendor, but as an extension of their product team, helping shape a tool that makes critical data and website insights accessible to millions of site owners. It’s also a reminder of what we strive for at Fueled: building digital products that scale, resonate, and earn trust.

Fueled’s AI Brand Visibility Audit for a major telecom provider revealed a surprising gap: the brand didn’t appear in AI-generated answers for searches like “best mobile providers,” despite a leading position in the market. Our analysis revealed that responses were sourced from niche forums and competitor-centric reviews. Traditional SEO performance didn’t translate into AI visibility because the brand’s content wasn’t part of the sources that popular AI models were incorporating. We provided the client with a clear roadmap: elevate owned content, engage in relevant third-party spaces, and close visibility gaps where AI was favoring competitors. Understanding how AI discovers and elevates brands is quickly eclipsing traditional keyword ranking analysis. We’re already helping clients stay ahead of the shift. https://xmrrwallet.com/cmx.plnkd.in/g9iiaPMJ
