We’re thrilled to welcome Norman Z. to the Affiniti team! After earning his law degree from Columbia Law School, Norman began his career at the prestigious firm Kirkland & Ellis, advising companies on raising debt, equity, and navigating IPOs. Eager to work closer to early-stage innovation, he joined Wilson Sonsini, where he supported startups from incorporation through IPO and served as de facto General Counsel for numerous high-growth companies. Most recently, Norman was in-house counsel at Acorns (valued at $2B), where he oversaw legal and compliance operations across the organization. Norman will be helping set the foundations for Affiniti on legal and compliance, so we an focus on doing what we do best: helping the backbone economies of America!

After Nikhil graduated from UC Berkeley, he spent 6 years at Uber building out their corporate gift cards network from 0 to 1, scaling their delivery logistics platform, and more. His DNA is embedded with what great engineering looks like at iconic startups. Now, he will be helping build his own iconic startup right here at Affiniti. By changing the way tens of millions of SMBs will be navigating cash flows and running their financial operations.

We’re excited to welcome Luyanda Cingo to Affiniti! After graduating from Wharton (UPenn), Luyanda joined Lazard’s investment banking team to work on the largest capital markets deals around the world. Now at Affiniti, he’ll be leveraging his expertise to empower Main Street instead of Wall Street. The states where Affiniti has the most presence in are across Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi. We’re looking forward to him working side-by-side with our valued small business customers to improve how they manage their finances!

We're excited to welcome Joshua Lee to the Affiniti team! After graduating from UVA and starting his career in consulting, Joshua quickly realized he wanted to get closer to the action, so he rolled up his sleeves to start building. He joined the Capital One Spark Card team (one of our largest competitors) as their lead analyst, where he transformed them into a data-first department. But that wasn’t enough. Craving a bigger challenge and more meaningful impact, he bet on himself and joined Mission Lane. There, he was handed a blank slate: an incredibly diverse portfolio and minimal collections infrastructure. Joshua helped build it from the ground up. What sets him apart? He starts with the numbers, finds the story, and lets that shape the products and processes he builds. Joshua lives and breathes data. He’ll be a major asset in helping elevate our credit infrastructure into the top 0.01%!

We're excited to welcome Miguel Testa to the Affiniti team! Miguel is a true startup savant. He began his career building companies in film tech and smart locker systems, then transitioned to become VP of Engineering at a Series B company using AI to automate data collection in clinical trials and drug discovery. Besides reviving the backbone economies of America, he also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia. We look forward to leveraging his 0 to 1 experience to propel SMBs in America!
