We’re excited to welcome Luyanda Cingo to Affiniti! After graduating from Wharton (UPenn), Luyanda joined Lazard’s investment banking team to work on the largest capital markets deals around the world. Now at Affiniti, he’ll be leveraging his expertise to empower Main Street instead of Wall Street. The states where Affiniti has the most presence in are across Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi. We’re looking forward to him working side-by-side with our valued small business customers to improve how they manage their finances!

Welcome Francis K. to the Affiniti team! After graduating from UC Berkeley, Francis jumped straight into Google and LeanData, building software in encryption and infrastructure. Ready for his next chapter, Francis made a move to Sigma Computing, a rising start-up in the analytics space, where he helped businesses make the best use of their data. Affiniti is bringing something similar to a different market. We are turning financial data into actionable insights for the backbone industries of America. The largest states we serve are across the Midwest and South. Francis’s unique experience combining deep technical expertise with real-world business understanding is a perfect fit for our vision. We’re excited to work together to empower the small businesses that keep America going!

We're excited to welcome Joshua Lee to the Affiniti team! After graduating from UVA and starting his career in consulting, Joshua quickly realized he wanted to get closer to the action, so he rolled up his sleeves to start building. He joined the Capital One Spark Card team (one of our largest competitors) as their lead analyst, where he transformed them into a data-first department. But that wasn’t enough. Craving a bigger challenge and more meaningful impact, he bet on himself and joined Mission Lane. There, he was handed a blank slate: an incredibly diverse portfolio and minimal collections infrastructure. Joshua helped build it from the ground up. What sets him apart? He starts with the numbers, finds the story, and lets that shape the products and processes he builds. Joshua lives and breathes data. He’ll be a major asset in helping elevate our credit infrastructure into the top 0.01%!

Besides reviving the backbone economies of America, he also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia. We look forward to leveraging his 0 to 1 experience to propel SMBs in America!
