Touch ‘n Go, in collaboration with PINTAR Foundation, recently conducted a three-part Financial Literacy Workshop at our adopted school, SMK Seri Selayang. The workshop was aimed at equipping 14-year-old students with foundational money management skills. At this formative age, financial habits are just beginning to take shape. Through interactive, age-appropriate sessions, our goal was to help students develop the confidence and knowledge to make smarter financial decisions in the future. Workshop 1: Covering the Basics Through this introduction to personal finance, the students learnt to distinguish between needs and wants, and explored the concepts of budgeting, saving, and spending wisely. They also engaged in interactive discussions while sharing their personal goals. Workshop 2: Digital Safety Our TNG Digital team introduced the students to the TNG eWallet along with essential lessons in online safety, fraud awareness, and data protection to stay secure in today's tech-driven era. Workshop 3: From Idea to Enterprise The students were challenged to create simple business plans with the template provided by the facilitator, learning how to estimate costs and explore profitability. There was also a tailored session for the school’s special needs students, introducing them to fundamental financial concepts in a fun and engaging way. Special thanks to our colleagues from TNG Digital, as well as our partners at PINTAR Foundation for facilitating the workshops and making this initiative a success! We hope the experience inspires the students to build better money habits, make informed decisions, and feel confident in managing their own financial future. And we’re not stopping here – the journey continues with an upcoming Business Planning Challenge, where the students will put their knowledge to the test in a friendly competition that rewards creativity, teamwork, and financial savvy. At Touch ‘n Go, we believe early exposure to financial literacy can shape brighter, more empowered futures. #TouchNGoMY #TNGDigital #LifeatTNGGroup #FinancialLiteracy #CommunityImpact #EmpoweringTheNextGeneration #TNGxPINTAR #DigitalInclusion #FutureReady #EducationMatters

Touch 'n Go kicked off a semester-long partnership with Sunway College in April, where the students were challenged to go beyond the classroom and build digital solutions grounded in real-world needs. Fast forward to 23 June, and we’re now in Phase IV: Digitalization, where ideas begin to take shape as Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). This stage is all about testing, refining, and preparing for real-world application, and our Touch 'n Go team was thrilled to be back on campus to support this critical phase. A special thank you to Arron Ng Kim Poh, who delivered an insightful keynote on Digital Transformation & Trends, setting the tone for the day and inspiring students to think boldly about the future of technology and innovation. Our mentors, Philip Yong, Wang Yee Neng and Cheong V-Ki shared practical insights on product development, user validation, and agile iteration, helping students stress-test their prototypes and sharpen their problem-solving skills. It’s inspiring to see how far these teams have come and how they’re embedding empathy, innovation, and commercial thinking into their MVPs. This partnership reflects our belief that innovation thrives when industry and education come together. It’s a real-world example of our LEAP values - Love, Entrepreneurship, Agility, and Passion - brought to life through meaningful collaboration. To the students and faculty of Sunway College: thank you for your energy, curiosity, and commitment. We’re proud to be part of your journey and excited to see what’s next. #TouchNGoGroup #BeyondTogether #InnovationInEducation
