"A woman who lifts others is a woman who rises even higher." That’s not just a beautiful quote—it’s a powerful truth. In the tech industry (and beyond), we’ve seen how often women are told there’s only room for one at the top. That leadership is about competition, not community. But here’s what I know to be true after interviewing 50+ inspiring leaders for Chief in Tech Book and building a WomenTech Network community of 150K members: The most impactful women aren’t climbing alone—they’re creating ladders for others. They’re mentoring new talent. Sponsoring rising stars. Creating rooms where others are invited in, not kept out. They know that lifting others doesn’t diminish their power—it multiplies it. At WomenTech Network and Executive Women in Tech (EWIT), we’ve seen this firsthand. When women collaborate, mentor, and celebrate each other, we don’t just thrive—we transform entire ecosystems. 🚪 Let’s open doors, not just walk through them. 🎤 Let’s pass the mic, not just take the stage. 🤝 Let’s recommend women for roles, panels, and promotions. 💬 Let’s speak women's names in a room full of opportunity. 📣 Let’s amplify ideas that go unheard—and credit them properly. 🪞 Let’s reflect back the brilliance others may not yet see in themselves. 💜 Let’s celebrate each other—loudly, publicly, and without hesitation. 👉 Tag a woman who’s lifted you up—and let her know the impact she’s had on your journey. ♻️ Share this post if you agree that we rise by lifting others. 🔔 Follow me, Anna Radulovski for more. #womenintech #womenleaders #leadership #community Image by @femalempire.co
