Schneider Electric Youth Impact Through Learning reposted this
From AFESU to Schneider Electric: Empowering Women in STEM I’m proud to share how Schneider Electric’s Access to Training initiative, led by the Schneider Electric Foundation and Schneider Electric Youth Impact Through Learning, is opening doors for those who need it most. In Brazil alone, over 50,000 young people received training in 2024, and that momentum is only growing in 2025. Some of our most inspiring projects include: • UNILINS bringing training programs into prisons • Barco Escola, a floating school reaching remote Amazon communities • Afesu - Associação Feminina de Estudos Sociais e Universitários a school dedicated to empowering young women in STEM I want to spotlight AFESU, because our commitment goes beyond training. At Schneider Electric, we don’t just prepare these young women to become changemakers, we welcome them into our team. Thanks to close collaboration with our HR colleagues, eight AFESU graduates have joined Schneider Electric Brazil. This is what real impact looks like: creating opportunities, building futures, and making a difference both inside and beyond our company. At Schneider, we put people first. And as we see these stories unfold, we’re reminded that when we invest in people, we create opportunities. The future is shaped by those who dare to learn, lead, and open doors for others. Let’s keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, together. #Road4COP30 #AccessToTraining #STEMEducation #Empowerment #WomenInSTEM #ImpactStartWithUs #Inclusion
