Igniting Change:1 Million Skilled Youth for a Sustainable, Inclusive Future

On the World Youth Skills Day, Schneider Electric, under its flagship Youth Education & Entrepreneurship Program, supported by the Schneider Electric Foundation, will host the first episode of the Igniting Change webinar series as part of the Youth Impact Through Learning initiatives.
This inaugural session will convene key stakeholders and thought leaders from across sectors to reflect on the YEE Program’s global journey toward training 1 million youth in energy management, and to inspire action for the next millions. The session will cover topics in, Technical and Vocational Education tailored to community and industry needs, Gender-Responsive Education in energy and STEM, Youth-Led Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation, Cross-Sectoral Partnerships as drivers of scalable change
As of today, the YEE Program has reached 928,444 youth across more than 60 countries through partnerships with over 400 global actors, including NGOs, vocational institutions, grassroots networks, policymakers, and private sector champions. As we approach this critical milestone, the time is ripe to elevate this momentum and ignite systemic change at scale.
