The award celebrates The Victor’s transformation of the historic Butler Brothers warehouse, a long-vacant, 735,000-square-foot structure, into a vibrant, mixed-use community featuring 384 apartments, retail, and modern amenities. This 200,000 SF renovation, completed in partnership with HOK, modernizes workspaces for three federal agencies, prioritizing flexibility, daylighting, and adaptable design.
