A new chapter soon begins... I’m thrilled to share that I’ve accepted the position of Full and Endowed Professor of Finance at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Ga. The transition from one of the most preeminent and historical institutions of higher education in our nation (Howard University), to yet another (Morehouse), brings me great pride and honor. Morehouse has and continues to produce some of the brightest scholars and most impactful leaders and figures such as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Maynard Jackson, Julian Bond, Spike Lee, Howard Thurman, Samuel Jackson, and Mordecai Johnson, to name a few. To be of service at a College with such rich history is inspiring. Further, I am motivated by the impact I can have serving as Interim Associate Dean of Operations and Accreditation for the Division of Business and Economics. This position will allow me to leverage my leadership experience in university operations, curriculum development, Assurance of Learning and Accreditation, and academic affairs and student success. Forever grateful for where I’ve been and energized for where I’m headed.
