Today, we proudly celebrated Women’s History Month with our hybrid event, Strength in Motion: Women’s Wellness Through Every Stage—a vibrant and energizing experience focused on empowering women through movement, nutrition, and education. Led by the inspiring Gardenia Diaz, M.S.Ed, fitness and nutrition coach, we explored the vital connection between fitness and nutrition at every stage of a woman’s life—from prenatal to menopause and beyond.
