ProperXPM is thrilled to welcome Stefan Martinovic to the team as Vice President, Asset Management & Platform! An accomplished innovator and entrepreneur, Stefan brings deep expertise in commercial real estate investment, development, property technology, and data. His career includes leadership roles at Placer.ai, Midwood, Create.io, and as Director of Innovation at the Real Estate Board of New York, where he launched NYC’s Multiple Listing Service. Stefan has also served as a subject matter expert for NEOM, a $1T sustainable building initiative, and as Entrepreneur In Residence at AmFam Group, helping launch new real estate technology ventures. In addition to his work at ProperXPM, Stefan is a faculty member at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and remains actively involved in the real estate innovation ecosystem as an investor, advisor, and member of ULI’s Technology & Innovation Council. Stefan holds an MBA in Finance from The College of William & Mary and a BBA in Finance from Seton Hall University. A dynamic and strategic workforce leader, Carly brings over a decade of experience spanning commercial real estate and large-scale consulting. Most recently, she led cross-functional strategic planning and built out people operations at The Miller Group, a boutique commercial real estate development firm. Prior to that, Carly spent nearly a decade at Accenture, where she served as a Talent Strategist, designing and executing high-impact talent strategies aligned with business priorities, leading DEI and upskilling initiatives, and building scalable training programs. Her work has been recognized for advancing employee integration and expanding diverse talent pipelines. Known for her collaborative leadership, data-driven approach, and passion for cultivating inclusive, high-performing teams, Carly will lead the evolution of our talent strategy to support ProperXPM’s continued growth and success.
