A dynamic and strategic workforce leader, Carly brings over a decade of experience spanning commercial real estate and large-scale consulting. Most recently, she led cross-functional strategic planning and built out people operations at The Miller Group, a boutique commercial real estate development firm. Prior to that, Carly spent nearly a decade at Accenture, where she served as a Talent Strategist, designing and executing high-impact talent strategies aligned with business priorities, leading DEI and upskilling initiatives, and building scalable training programs. Her work has been recognized for advancing employee integration and expanding diverse talent pipelines. Known for her collaborative leadership, data-driven approach, and passion for cultivating inclusive, high-performing teams, Carly will lead the evolution of our talent strategy to support ProperXPM’s continued growth and success.
