Early results from our 2025 California CPA Salary Survey are in. Overtime for Staff, Senior, Supervisors, and Managers in California is trending downwards. For firms in Los Angeles, the extension of tax deadlines to 10/15 has eased some of the January through April compression. Other firms benefit from adding capacity in 2024.
