Construction is progressing rapidly at ArriveKC in Midtown Kansas City where we have 371 units and 537,831 SF of mixed-use development under construction for NorthPoint Development.   After beginning framing on February 1, our framing team has made incredible progress with Segments A and B nearly ready for drywall, plus 50% of the project now has a roof on it.  Structural steel is complete, thanks to a successful collaboration with Midland Steel Company, CFS Engineers, Bob D. Campbell & Company & NSPJ Architects.   Exterior cladding has recently begun with APEX Construction Systems installing a mixture of brick, limestone, cement siding, Nichiha and EIFS.   The two large central open areas seen in the images are the south & north courtyards starting to take shape. The south courtyard contains the pool, outdoor kitchen and grilling areas, firepits, etc., while the north courtyard will contain the pickleball and bocce ball courts; it’s a great mix and separation of outdoor amenities, plus the rooftop deck coming with skyline views.   We appreciate our team, our client, all trade partners and everyone contributing to progressing this transformative mixed-use community steps from the newly extended KC Streetcar Line!
