If we don’t have enough going on in August at MetaCTF…we’re launching a podcast! The “Cyber Talent Series” is launching next Tuesday (8/5), excited for everyone to hear what we’re working on. The series will be in an interview format where myself and my co-host, Phoebe DeVito, talk to guests about specific topics around cybersecurity talent. We’ve already recorded four episodes that we’ll release over the next couple of months. Early themes we’ve covered include: - How to hire well in cyber - Building a career in red teaming - The role of tools in building a cyber career - Trends in interviewing and the role of identity Look out for more next week and please reach out if you want to learn more (or be a guest 🙃 )!
