This summer, Megan Fogarty dove headfirst into the world of People Operations and thrived! One of her proudest moments was presenting at the July People Ops STP, where she shared her work, celebrated team progress, and saw firsthand how HR supports the entire Keeley organization. Looking back on everything she learned, Megan said: “I’ve gained a broad range of experience in such a short time, from benefits to onboarding to compliance, and even sitting in on phone screenings for Talent Acquisition.” She also led the charge on the COI & Limits project for team members with a vehicle allowance, taking full ownership of the process and ensuring top-tier compliance, a meaningful contribution that made a real impact on the team. Next stop: Megan is heading back to Auburn University for her senior year, carrying serious momentum and a bright future. Thank you, Megan, for your ownership, energy, and impact this summer. This summer, People Operations Intern Anna Grisel brought an open mind, drive, and a passion for people to her internship with Keeley Companies. One of her favorite moments? Connecting with a candidate from her alma mater, Texas A&M, and helping him feel confident throughout the interview process. “I used to be somewhat afraid of failure, but my time at Keeley has instilled a growth mindset in me. Now, I welcome failure. It helps me recover quickly and grow into a better version of myself.” From helping extend offers to future Keeley ’ns to running her first marathon in Estes Park, Anna’s summer was nothing short of impactful, both on and off the clock. She’s hoping to step into a full-time Talent Acquisition role and continue making a difference by volunteering with Girls on the Run this fall. The heart of our culture is our people. We’re kicking off our Spread Positivity series with a little joy from the jobsite! When your dad is a Traveling Superintendent, every jobsite becomes part of the adventure — just ask Emmy Luebbers! She and her family have made the most of Robert Luebbers’ assignments, turning each project into a chance to explore new places, try local food, meet new friends through school and sports, and most importantly, spend time with Dad! From Mississippi to Illinois to Texas, Emmy’s favorite part is getting to see the jobsite in action: “I get to see them build the WHOLE building!” And of course, there's the added perk: “He has really good snacks there and he shares with me!” Whether she’s proudly wearing her hard hat or checking on the progress at the jobsite, Emmy brings joy, curiosity, and a little Keeley spirit wherever she goes. We can’t wait to see where this family’s next adventure leads, and what building Emmy gets to “help” build next! #KCOSpreadPositivity

In the wake of the devastating floods in Texas, our Keeley'ns stepped up to support the recovery efforts at Austin Pets Alive! After collecting donations, this group of interns spent the day volunteering at the shelter, sorting supplies, assisting with animal intake, and offering help wherever it was needed. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support APA’s mission and humbled to play a small role in the incredible work they do every day! #KeeleyCares
