10 Signs of Awesome Company Culture: 1. Your boss excitedly tells your team she's taking her son to football practice early on Wednesday afternoons. ➟ Leadership models work-life balance, showing it's okay to prioritise family without guilt. 2. You hear laughter, often. ➟ Laughter often signals the team feels safe to be themselves and take risks. 3. Innovation and failures are welcomed, not feared. ➟ Taking risks and learning from mistakes are seen as essential to growth, not punishable offences. 4. The company handbook is written in simple, plain language. ➟ Communication is clear, transparent and designed for everyone to understand. 5. Your colleagues come from different backgrounds and nationalities. ➟ A variety of perspectives help the team approach challenges in unique ways. 6. Meetings start on time. ➟ Respect for everyone’s time is a fundamental value. 7. Your kids are welcome to drop in at any time. ➟ Family-friendly policies make work and life feel integrated rather than in conflict. 8. You’re rarely the smartest person in a meeting. ➟ Talented, smart and capable people are viewed as assets, not threats. 9. Gossip is shut down quickly. ➟ A culture of respect ensures negativity is dealt with before it spreads. 10. You’re trusted to work from home. ➟ Trust and flexibility are prioritised over micromanagement. Company culture is not a sentence you write in your employee handbook. It's how your team behaves when no-one's looking. Your strategy might be perfect, but without the right culture, you're dead. What else would you add? ♻️ Agree? Repost to share. I used to be scared of AI replacing me. Now I'm scared of not learning to use it. The headlines are terrifying: - Massive layoffs. - Jobs disappearing overnight. - "Will I be replaced by ChatGPT?" But here's what changed my mind: I discovered Emergent - a platform that builds super-functional mobile + web apps from plain English descriptions. Not another AI that writes emails. Something completely different. The shift? AI isn't here to replace us. It's here to amplify what we're already capable of. So I tested it. You know how every productivity guru preaches habit tracking? "Track your progress!" "Build consistency!" "What gets measured gets managed!" But most habit trackers feel like homework. What I typed into Emergent: "Build a simple, visual habit tracker that makes building daily habits actually enjoyable" 10 minutes later: Working app. Clean design. Zero code. No $50K developer. No 6-month timeline. I built it myself. Here's the uncomfortable truth: The professionals who'll dominate the next decade aren't fighting AI. They're using it to turn expertise into tools. Ideas into products. Knowledge into solutions. Your ability to execute IS your personal brand now. The choice is simple: Learn these tools today. Or watch others build tomorrow. What idea have you been sitting on because it felt "too technical"? Drop it below. The barrier just disappeared. → Try it yourself: emergent.sh ♻️ Repost if you know someone sitting on a brilliant idea #PersonalBranding #AI #EmergentAI #FutureOfWork

  • "I finally found my people." That's what I hear from every Ecommerce operator who joins Workspace6. 900+ members. $13B+ in collective GMV. All helping each other win. But here's what actually matters: The wins their members are having: ↳ "Saving $12,000 in margin/month" ↳ "W6 has earned me millions" ↳ "I've hired our VP of Marketing from here" ↳ "The connections I've made are priceless" Workspace6 isn't another Facebook group where people pitch their services. It's where 7, 8, and 9-figure operators get real answers: Meta account down? Here’s an intro to my rep Inventory held hostage? Here's who to call Sales tax nightmare? Been there, solved that Ready to scale? Learn from those at $100M+ One member nailed it: "W6 is my easy button for questions." The vetting process keeps quality high. No spam. No shills. No BS. Just operators who've been where you are. And it’s only $1 for your first 30 days to see if it's for you. If you're doing 7+ figures in Ecommerce: https://xmrrwallet.com/cmx.plnkd.in/gv39b9Je Stop struggling alone. The answers to your burning questions are probably already inside Workspace6. P.S. One of my favorite reviews of the community is: "It’s one of the first places I turn to for advice." And for transparency: I’m a paid advocate for Workspace6 because I’ve seen firsthand how valuable it is for ecom owners & operators. When operators at this level trust each other, magic happens.

🔥 I used to think AI would replace leaders. Now I realize it's going to amplify the best ones. There's a shift happening in leadership that most people are missing. While everyone's worried about being replaced by ChatGPT, the smartest leaders are using AI to multiply their impact. Here's what changed my perspective: I discovered Emergent - an agentic video coding platform that builds fully functional apps from simple prompts but right context. As a leader who's spent 7+ years building teams and cultures, I've always believed in empowering people with the right tools. So I tested it with something every leader needs: A meeting transcription tool that actually works. You know the drill: - Critical conversations happening in Google Meet - Important details getting lost - Team members missing key directives - No accurate record of what was actually said What I typed into Emergent: "Build a Google Meet transcription tool that captures every word in real-time, supports 99+ languages" 17 minutes later? Working platform. Professional grade. Zero coding. 🔥 This isn't about the technology. It's about what it represents for leadership. The leaders who will thrive in the AI era aren't the ones resisting change. They're the ones who: - Embrace new tools to serve their teams better - Remove barriers between vision and execution - Focus on people while letting AI handle the processes Here's the leadership truth: Your ability to adapt and empower others with new capabilities IS your competitive advantage. While others debate if AI is good or bad, transformational leaders are already using it to elevate their entire organization. The choice facing every leader today: Learn these tools and lift your team higher. Or watch your competition pass you by. Leaders - what tool would transform how you serve your team? Share below. Let's lead this change together. → Check it out here: emergent.sh 🔥 Repost this if you believe great leaders embrace change to serve others better #Leadership #Innovation #Management #Culture #HumanResources #AI #EmergentAI

Don't self-reject. This is one of the biggest mistakes poeple make 👇🏻 You assume that you need to be 100% qualified. But in 2025, that's just not the case. Hard skills and experience aren't everything anymore. 🎓 Qualifications aren't as important. 👵 Experience doesn't guarantee anything. And I get it: The job market is a tough place right now. Every day there are more refundancies in the news. You're competing against a flood of skilled workers. It's hard to stand out. The soulution? Find an unfair advantage: ✅ Build a strong social presence. ✅ Spend time hyper-tailoring job applications. ✅ Develop expertise in a specific niche. ✅ Build out your network and leverage relationships. ✅ Start a side hustle to demonstrate initiative. And most imortantly... Put yourself forward for more opportuniites. The best candidate often isn't the most qualified. It's the one who finds an edge and takes the shot. What's your unfair advantage? Let me know in the comments 👇🏻 Repost to help someone in your network ♻️ Credit: Joseph Rudd

A leader’s job isn’t to be the smartest in the room... It’s to lead the smartest in the right direction. Too many leaders think their role is to have all the answers. It’s not. Your role is to create the conditions for the smartest people to thrive — and to make sure the team is heading the right way. Here’s what insecure leaders do: ▪️Compete with their team’s intelligence. ▪️Avoid hiring people who might “outshine” them. ▪️Shut down ideas that challenge their thinking. ▪️Confuse agreement with alignment. ▪️Mistake control for leadership. And here’s what strong leaders do: ▪️Hire people with skills and perspectives they don’t have. ▪️Ask more questions than they answer. ▪️Give credit generously and often. ▪️Create space for healthy debate. ▪️Learn from their people every day. ▪️Keep the vision clear and visible. ▪️Make course corrections when needed. ▪️Remove barriers so smart people can move fast. Why this matters: ▪️Smart people without direction get lost. ▪️Direction without smart people is slow. ▪️But smart people with clear direction? Unstoppable. I’ve seen it firsthand. The best ideas I’ve ever led didn’t start with me. They came from surrounding myself with people who were smarter than me — and aligning them to a common goal. ✔️ That’s the power of leadership. ✔️ Not being the smartest. ✔️ Not knowing everything. ✔️ But knowing how to bring the right people together — and lead them toward the right destination. • I was just ranked #6 on Taplio's Top 100 LinkedIn Influencers List. But here's the crazier stat: 11 years to get 27,000 followers. 3 years to get the next 387,000. Let me break this down: 2011-2022: The Struggle Years Posted randomly No strategy No consistency Average growth: 2,400 followers/year August 2022-Now: The Breakthrough Posted daily (haven't missed a single day) Data-driven approach Ruthless consistency Average growth: 129,000 followers/year That's a 54x improvement. Same platform. Same person. Completely different approach. What changed in August 2022? Two things: I committed to posting every single day I started using Taplio Here's why Taplio was the game-changer: Content inspiration that never runs dry Their AI analyzes what's working in your niche Suggests hooks based on top performers Turns one idea into 10 variations Writer's block? Gone. Scheduling that makes daily posting possible I batch posts every Sunday Can even schedule them directly in Taplio 2 hours of work = Days worth of content Haven't missed a day in 3 years because of this Analytics that show what actually works See which hooks get engagement Track best posting times Know which topics resonate Stop guessing, start growing AI that sounds like me (not a robot) It learns your voice from past posts Helps rewrite ideas in your style Speeds up content creation 10x More time for strategy, less time writing Before Taplio: "Maybe I'll post today if I have time." After Taplio: "My week is planned. Let me analyze what's working." The results speak for themselves: ↳ 414K+ followers  ↳ 100M+ impressions/year  ↳ Inbound leads daily  ↳ Speaking opportunities  ↳ Ranked #6 LinkedIn influencer But here's what matters most: I spend LESS time on LinkedIn now than when I had 27K followers. Because Taplio handles the heavy lifting: Finding ideas Writing drafts Scheduling posts Tracking performance While I focus on: Engaging with my audience Building relationships Growing my business If you're serious about LinkedIn growth, you need three things: Commitment to show up daily Data to guide your decisions Taplio to make it all manageable Don't waste 11 years figuring this out. I went from 27K to 414K in 3 years. And you can grow your following, too. P.S. Taplio's running a special promotion this week. And as it’s the tool that made my 3 years of daily posting streak possible, I’m excited to share it with you (check the comment section to find the special promo details + signup link). P.P.S. I’m both a proud Taplio paying customer + paid advocate for them. #TaplioPartner

The strongest leaders aren’t the toughest, They’re the kindest. For years, leadership was associated with authority, control and toughness. But science tells a different story… Kindness and trust aren’t just “soft skills” they drive real performance. Why does kindness in leadership work? ✅ Boosts trust Kindness raises oxytocin, increasing connection and engagement. ✅ Lowers stress Compassion cuts cortisol, reducing burnout. ✅ Increases loyalty Trust builds commitment and teamwork. ✅ Improves decisions Openness leads to better, faster choices. How can leaders build trust through kindness? - Support employees’ growth, not just their output - Show appreciation beyond just results - Listen (really listen) without judgment - Lead with transparency and honesty Trust isn’t built through authority, it’s earned through action. And the most successful leaders are those who understand that kindness isn’t weakness; it’s a strategic advantage. P.S. What’s the best example of kind leadership you’ve experienced? ♻️ If you think this post could help someone in your network, hit repost. Credit: Laura Morgan
