Meet Isaac Arévalo, our Team Member of the Month. As a Community Distribution Coordinator, Isaac oversees about 15 mobile food distributions each month, but his innovation recently brought something new to life. He launched a mobile distribution in his hometown of Lampasas, creating access to nutritious meals for hundreds of families in a rural community with limited food options. For Isaac, this work is deeply personal. Having experienced food insecurity growing up, he now leads with gratitude, turning every distribution into what he calls “a little party” filled with connection, humor and hope. His efforts reflect what drives us: collaboration, innovation, and serving our neighbors with dignity.
