It is official: I have been part of Wise for a full decade 💚 ! When I started my professional career, I never thought I would be in the same company for so long, and here I am joyfully celebrating this milestone 🎉 . Wise has given me so much, and I have also given Wise a lot; we have grown and continue to grow together. I feel incredibly proud and lucky to do what I get to do here, with such a smart, committed and fun team. In celebration, I am sharing ten photos of some of my favourite moments throughout the years and three things that I have learnt so far (the learnings are infinite!): 1. Believing in what you do really matters: I strongly believe that the world deserves a better and more efficient way of managing money across borders. And people I get to work with at Wise believe and are driven by this. It wouldn't be the same trying to do something less meaningful or that I didn't feel strongly and inspired about. 2. How you do one thing is how you do everything: ten years building something is a massive collection of projects, ideas transformed into actions, tasks, problems resolved, countless interactions with people and commitment. Showing up consistently to all of these, from the smallest task to the biggest project is what gets you to achieve what you want. 3. In the end, what really matters is the people we get to meet and somehow have an impact on them (and them on us): the biggest privilege of doing what I do, is the people I get to do it with. Thank you to every single person at Wise, from the 300 people when I joined to the 6,500 + that we are today; mainly to my team of fearless people taking Wise to new markets and building our network of more than 70 licences, direct connections to payment systems and payment providers, while making policies and regulations better. Thank you also to so many people I have met along the way, from our banking and payment partners that are also friends, to Regulators and Policymakers that want the best outcomes for their countries and people. Here is to the next decade! (We are hiring, come and spend the next ten years here). Ps.
