SPIFOX and Avison Young │ UK deliver Kilpatrick School's new Sensory Garden!   Colleagues from Avison Young's Glasgow office joined a number of Spifox Trustees at Kilpatrick School in Clydebank on Friday to see at first hand the schools new sensory garden. With the incredible support provided through Avison Young's Charity Partnership Programme, Spifox were able to make the creation of the new sensory garden a reality and in doing so provide a much needed sanctuary for the school's 239 pupils all of whom have Additional Support Needs . The sensory stimulation provided by the new garden through tactile pathways, aromatic plants and interactive sculptures contributes to their health and well-being as well as adding to their smiles! The SPIFOX 2025 Glasgow Lunch was a resounding success, filled with fun, generous spirits, and a shared commitment to helping children across Scotland. A standout feature of the event was our much-loved Heads and Tails fundraiser, always themed around property and construction. This year, it was based on the incredible aerial photography of Alistair Leith. Alistair has partnered with Rosalie Menon, lecturer and architectural expert, to launch a stunning new book: 'Glasgow From Above' — a beautifully curated coffee table book documenting the city’s transformation over the last 25 years. In a generous gesture, Alistair and Rosalie donated an exclusive, first edition advance copy for auction at the Lunch, raising an amazing £1,400 on its own! Their generosity doesn't stop there — they’ve kindly pledged to donate £1 to Spifox for every copy of the book sold. Abbie’s smile, sparkle and infectious enthusiasm lit up the room and that’s exactly how Abbie wanted people to remember and celebrate her life. Abbie (15) passed away on Christmas Day, 2017, after living with sarcoma, a rare form of cancer, for four years and four months. One of Abbie’s wishes was to raise money for “Hospitals and stuff” under the charity name Abbie's Sparkle Foundation.   Abbie’s Sparkles’ goal is to support the physical and mental health of children with cancer, by providing gifts, treats and family holidays at Abbie’s Sparkle Lodge.    Thanks to generosity of our supporters, SPIFOX were delighted to fund the purchase of a van – which will be instrumental in supporting the work and reach of Abbie’s Sparkle Foundation.
