Now Hiring: Site Manager (civils) – Onshore Wind Project (Northern Isles Region, UK) Contract: Outside IR35 | Full-Time | Start Date: 10th November 2025 | Duration: Until Summer 2026 We are supporting a leading renewable energy developer in their search for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a major onshore wind project based in the Northern Isles region. Key Responsibilities: Coordination of civil - Balance of Plant (BoP) contractors on site Conducting safety audits and ensuring compliance with HSE requirements Supporting daily site reporting and general project administration Working closely with project management and technical back-office teams Candidate Profile: Proven experience supervising civil works on onshore wind projects Strong understanding of site-based safety and reporting procedures Full-time availability and willingness to be site-resident Monday to Friday Preference for candidates already based in the Northern Isles or nearby regions Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote site environment This is a long-term outside IR35 contract offering a consistent site presence through to summer 2026.
