  • We are very proud to see five of our colleagues featured in the INvolve - The Inclusion People 2025 Empower list as Executive Role Models and Future Leader Role Models! This global list celebrates individuals who are driving inclusion within businesses, and it’s brilliant to see our people recognised for their achievements. ✨ Katrina has played an influential role in advancing inclusion within the financial services sector, notably through chairing Fidelity's Global DEI Committee, championing key DEI initiatives and reinforcing that DEI is a core responsibility of leadership. ✨ As Global Co-Chair of our Cultural Diversity Network, Dhriti has expanded the network to over 600 colleagues and led initiatives that celebrate our many cultures, ethnicities, and faiths. ✨ Sabine leads the Fidelity Muslim Community, where she has improved faith experiences in the workplace, advanced inclusion goals, and established community connections. Sabine also supported the launch of the City of London’s Muslim Network and supports children with disabilities. ✨ Mary has fostered inclusion and black excellence through her role in our Black Professional Community and Global Cultural Diversity Network, as well as her advocacy for career development and networking opportunities for black women in the wider tech sector via GTA Black Women in Tech. ✨ Jennifer has made significant contributions, particularly through her co-leadership of the East and South-East Asian Community within our Cultural Diversity Network, fostering inclusion and collaboration across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. #EMRoleModels25

  • Here at Fidelity International, we're committed to LGBTQ+ inclusion all year around. This Pride month, we are shining a spotlight on the incredible work of our LGBTQ+ Network. Our Pride theme this year is 'Love Amplified’, a reminder that love knows no boundaries, diversity is our strength, and together we can create a world where everyone belongs. We asked our colleagues across different regions to tell us how they amplify love, provide a safe space, and show support through the LGBTQ+ Network, not just during Pride month, but every day. Hear from them here…

  • 🌍 Celebrating World Day for Cultural Diversity at Fidelity International! 🌍 Our vibrant culture is celebrated year-round thanks to the dedication of our passionate volunteers in our Cultural Diversity Network, which includes the Black Professionals, East and Southeast Asian, South Asian, and Faith Communities. Today, we take a moment to reflect on the pivotal role these groups have played in organising events throughout the year, celebrating the diverse cultures that enrich our workplace. Here's a snapshot of the fantastic initiatives we've enjoyed over the past year: ✨ Marking Black History Month with a creative arts competition, showcasing inspiring works by artist Jacqui Cooke ✨ Celebrating Eid across our offices, sharing its significance, traditions, and personal stories ✨ Volunteering at the Dubai Good Will initiative during Ramadan ✨ Welcoming the Chinese New Year in multiple locations ✨ Hosting a powerful session titled 'Breaking the silence: stories that invite change' for Islamophobia Awareness Month, led by our Fidelity Muslim Community and Social Mobility Network ✨ Embracing the traditional craft of vanished paint during Inclusion Week at our Dalian office, with colleagues donning 'new Chinese style' attire ✨ Inviting archaeologists to share fascinating insights about our shared world heritage ✨ Hearing from Holocaust survivor, Mala Tribich MBE, when the Holocaust Educational Trust returned to our London office A huge thank you to our Cultural Diversity Network and everyone involved in bringing our people closer together. #WorldDayforCulturalDiversity

Fidelity International's Maroun Younes says the relative valuations in global small and mid-caps haven't "been this compelling in generations" and that uncertainty is creating excellent hunting grounds to find future global leaders. While technology still offers plenty to like, Younes argues that investors shouldn't discount traditional sectors like Industrials or Insurance which can offer excellent and consistent returns into the future. In this interview for Livewire's Listed Series, in partnership with the ASX, Younes shares his insights on the future global leaders and some of the companies he likes. #globalequities #investing #etfs https://xmrrwallet.com/cmx.plnkd.in/g7E86VZ2
