    We need someone to “hit the ground running”  Here’s why I hate that phrase: I’ve just spoken to a Senior Professional who, Despite 15 years of industry experience, Was struggling in her new role. Her first few weeks were tough, to say the least. The company expected her to dive right in but offered little to no onboarding support.
