Spent the day with small businesses in Ajax. These businesses are strong, resilient and these women who r running them are very ambitious and determined to get their businesses to the global stages. I also got to pitch Kavodax to these businesses some of whom are engaging in international cross border payments, listened first hand to their problems, and will ensure that we put these bright and talented entrepreneurs at the heart of what we build. Check out our 2025 recap 👇 Six startups: Kavodax, StockLens, Ratotecki Inc., Golden Connections, On Time Bride & Electric Sheep Studios teamed up with professional devs from Improving for 48 hours of pure acceleration. This year, the audience played an even bigger role. We introduced our own voting app, Launch Kings, built in-house by our Improving family. Each guest received 50,000 CodeBucks to invest in the startups they believed in. By the end of the night, nearly 14 million CodeBucks had been deployed. We can’t wait for #CodeLaunchLATAM to try it next. The night ended with an all-women lightning round. We added more entertainment, cut out the boring decks, and focused on making the experience better for everyone.
