Today is R U OK day. The Care team were very fortunate to welcome Grant Trebilco founder of OneWave for morning tea and to hear about OneWave and the fantastic work they do in the community. Grant shared some of his struggles battling mental health and explained how his experiences drove him to create OneWave to try and help others. Grant also shared some tips for taking care of your mental health and how to support your workmates, family and friends. Thanks Grant!
