Meet Jessica Duong, R&D Chemist at Ego Jessica’s journey with Ego began back when she was a student at Monash Uni, visiting our site during Employability Week. Something clicked and a few years later, she’s now helping develop the very products she once saw behind the scenes. After starting her career in a Quality role elsewhere, Jessica Duong realised her passion lay in research and development. Since joining Ego, she’s been hands on in the lab, mentoring students, improving processes, and playing a key part in creating products that land on shelves across the country. Earlier this year, she was promoted from R&D Technician to R&D Chemist, a reflection of her curiosity, creativity and care. Her team describe her as collaborative, insightful and always ready to lend a hand. One said it best: “Jessica brings such a positive attitude to the team, we’re lucky to have her.” Jessica says what she loves most about Ego is the people, the culture of support… and, of course, cake day. #employeespotlight #EgoPharmaceuticals #meettheteam

This week, Ego officially unveiled a $156 million, decade-long investment in Australian manufacturing. This huge step doubles our production capacity, creates new jobs, and reduces our environmental footprint. We were honoured to welcome Minister Danny Pearson and Tim Richardson, who helped us mark this milestone alongside 90 guests from the manufacturing and healthcare industries.
