We’re currently looking for experienced Business Analysts (Hybrid) to join our growing team and help transform ideas into scalable, strategic solutions.

As a Business Analyst at Aaratech Inc, you won't just gather requirements — you'll lead conversations, improve processes, and guide successful project outcomes. Your insights will directly shape how we deliver value to our clients across industries.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and define business needs

• Documenting clear, detailed functional and non-functional requirements

• Mapping current vs. future state processes and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Supporting Agile project teams with UAT, reports, and sprint planning

• Communicating effectively between technical and non-technical teams

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Strong skills in requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation

• Experience using Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder

💼 Employment Type: W2 / C2C 💰 Salary Range: $60,000 – $85,000 per year
