When the country is at peace, the flag is flown with the blue on top. When at war, it's reversed with the red on top.

The history of Filipino Americans in the nursing profession dates back to the post-WWII era, when Filipino nurses were sponsored to address shortages in American hospitals.

• Several Ewoks in Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi speak Tagalog, which is just one of the many native dialects spoken in the Philippines!
