Two of our best, recognized by the industry’s best. Congratulations to Cristie Norman, lead sommelier of Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas, and Casa Playa Executive Chef Sarah Thompson, who received James Beard Foundation Award finalist nods for Outstanding Professional in Beverage Service and Best Chef Southwest, respectively.  It has been over a decade since a food and beverage professional from Las Vegas won the award. However, thanks to the accomplishments of Norman and Thompson, this year looks very promising. The 35th annual JBF Awards will be presented on June 16 at the Lyric Opera of Chicago. #Wynn #WynnLasVegas #JamesBeardFoundationAward
