Five years ago today, I embarked on a life-changing adventure, leaving my comfort zone behind to join Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam. I'm thrilled to look back on my journey and see how far I've come. From ZBB, Trainee Program to Talent, and then now to leading performance for Europe, I've been fortunate to take on new challenges and develop my skills. I've had the opportunity to learn from incredible leaders like Ioanna Kordali, ALINE EGER, Ali Alkhalili, Carmen Rodriguez Valverde, Allison Corry, Conrado Cittadino Sampayo, Ryan Hurcombe, Pieter Schalkwijk and Annabel Pena to name a few, who have not only guided me but also challenged me to grow. Through it all, I am so grateful for the opportunities, experiences, friendships, and relationships that have shaped me into the professional I am today. I have gotten to learn from not just from my leaders, but my peers & coworkers that have become friends. It's the people that make Kraft Heinz special, and I'm so thankful to be a part of this community. To top it all of, the past two days I got to participate in the Authentic Leader program led by Joris Veger & Gaia Ferrari, where I learned from and connected with 5 incredible leaders (Lydia Stolte, Marius Tan, Cristina Arima, Imane Mansouri, Jared Woods). This experience was the perfect reminder of why I love working for this company & the best way to celebrate my 5-year milestone. Here's to many more years of growth, success, and adventure!
