So I think it's really important that we share our visions and our ideas for the world as we step into this kind of more leadership management role for the company. I wanted to be a part of the Future Generations Council to help represent the US at a global scale, but I'm also really wanting to join this committee to learn best practices from other zones and to see how we can apply that in the US and then to share what we're doing within the US and other zones. As well. That's a big question. I think the main challenge our generation is facing is we have these new tools and access to all these new tools like AI. But AI also does propose some challenges on a resource restraints because it does take a lot of energy and water to use AI tools. But I'm convinced that with Veolia and our offerings across water, waste and energy that we have the ability to. Work towards solving these challenges. I think a key take away for me was that we are aligned with a lot of the ideas that she has, what Viola is working towards. She made the comment that some of the topics we discussed were very similar to things she spoke about at the Comex level with that team. Just to know that we were all aligned on similar topics was really encouraging for me. I think it sets our future Generation Council up for success for the next three-year mandate.
