Responding to disasters is difficult enough, but adding potential impacts from rainstorms can exacerbate those response and recovery efforts. Stormwater can transport pollutants, such as heavy metals, pathogens, and nutrients, which threaten the quality of rivers, lakes, and oceans. But we have a tool to support emergency personnel and stormwater operators! Watch this on-demand webinar to learn how to use EPA's Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) to track the fate and transport of contaminants and preview soon-to-be released Stormwater Emergency Response Tool and Optimizer which leverages SWMM to plan sensor detection networks before an emergency strikes. https://xmrrwallet.com/cmx.pspgv.io/6048B13s
