🌟 Career Update 🌟 I’m incredibly excited to share that I’ve been promoted to National Director of Outreach at Transformations Care Network! Access to mental health care is a deeply personal mission for me. After 2.5 years supporting individuals and families across Massachusetts through Northeast Health Services, I’m honored to now lead Outreach across five additional markets in six states. Outreach is the bridge. It’s our responsibility to connect physicians, hospital systems, communities, families, and individuals to our care—helping those seeking mental health services get the support they need.
