In conjunction with the holy month of Ramadan, Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd (Touch ‘n Go) partnered with the Malaysian Highway Concessionaires Association (PSKLM), Malaysia Highway Authority (MHA), and Prolintas to distribute 500 packs of bubur lambuk at the Sg Balak Toll Plaza on the SILK Highway. This annual initiative, which has become a meaningful tradition, aims to spread festive cheer while encouraging road safety. By sharing a warm meal with road users, we hope to foster unity, compassion, and togetherness – values that reflect the true spirit of Ramadan. It’s a simple reminder of the importance of looking out for one another, both on the road and in our daily lives. We were honoured to have Ir. Ts. Roszaidi Roslan, Deputy Director, Central Region of MHA, grace the event. Accompanying him were our CEO, Mr. Praba Sangarajoo; Datuk Ir. Hj Zakaria Ahmad Zabidi, President of PSKLM; Encik Muhammad Nizam Alias, Group CEO of Amanat Lebuhraya Rakyat Berhad; Mr. Lyndon Alfred Felix, CEO of West Coast Expressway; Dato’ Faisal Shahbudin, CEO of Jambatan Kedua Sdn Bhd; Datin Radzimah Mohd Radzi, Executive Director of AFA PRIME Berhad; Encik Azmee Nin, Deputy President of PSKLM / General Manager, Toll Operations of Prolintas Managers Sdn Bhd; Encik Ahmad Fuad Ahmad Shahimi, Chief Operating Officer of LATAR Expressway; and Puan Hajah Wan Salwani Wan Yusoff, Secretary General of PSKLM / CEO, Toll Division of IJM Corporation Berhad. Also present were Encik Ainul Hasri Shah, Deputy Secretary General of PSKLM, Mr. Paramjeet Singh, Treasurer of PSKLM, Encik Shah Rizal Mohamed Fawzi, Strategic Communications Bureau, PSKLM, and Pn Nur Amani Zakaria, Industrial Relations Bureau, PSKLM. In addition to distributing bubur lambuk to road users heading home to break their fast, we took the opportunity to emphasise the importance of road safety by presenting safety vests to motorcyclists to enhance their visibility, especially at night. Road safety is a shared responsibility, and as part of our commitment to improving journeys, we aim to raise awareness about the small but essential actions that can help reduce accidents and save lives. By promoting safety-conscious practices, we hope to contribute to safer roads for everyone. At Touch ‘n Go, nurturing community connections and advancing safer, smoother travel experiences remain at the heart of what we do. This initiative is just one way we show our appreciation for the millions of Malaysians who use our highways every day. We are proud to be part of a campaign that not only nurtures togetherness during Ramadan but also promotes safety and well-being on our roads.
