This month we're celebrating our recent values champion, Tom Volkert! Tom has been with Sound for just under 2 years and serves as our Regional Sales Manager for Wisconsin, helping educate our Growers and Dealers on soil health and sustainable nutrient solutions. We asked Tom: 🏅 Which of Sound’s core values resonates with you? The value I resonate most with is tenacity. Each day, I feel blessed to wake up with tenacity and the opportunity to grow, learn, and pursue my goals. 🌱 If you were a plant, what plant would you be? I would be a fruit tree. Fruit trees require the right environment and cross-pollination from other trees to bear fruit. I also thrive when surrounded by the right people. In such an environment, "the juice is always worth the squeeze." 💡 What do you enjoy most about working at Sound? What I appreciate most about working at Sound is the people.
