My paths never crossed with Shailesh Jejurikar . One spent decades fighting his company in the marketplace. But today as a fellow Indian and a consumer goods person, I would like to congratulate him and wish him tremendous success. Keep the flag of India flying high Shailesh !!!
Today, we announced Shailesh Jejurikar as P&G’s next President and Chief Executive Officer beginning in January 2026. Shailesh is a 36-year veteran of P&G and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. Jon Moeller will become Executive Chairman of the Board. Shailesh has been an integral member of P&G’s global leadership team since 2014, with substantial contributions across multiple businesses, including regional and global leadership of our Fabric and Home Care categories.
