👋Meet Austin, a Solution Architect at Optilogic! 🐸 What’s something unique about working at Optilogic people wouldn’t expect? The global footprint and reach of our team. In a typical week, I collaborate with incredible teammates across five countries and seven time zones - and we still find ways to operate seamlessly as one team. I view it as a real strength that everyone brings a unique perspective to the table. Every December, the entire company comes together at our HQ in Ann Arbor for a week of in-person collaboration and, of course, plenty of fun! 🐸 What’s the most rewarding part of your job? Hearing firsthand from customers about the real-world impact they’re making — reducing costs, improving service, advancing sustainability, and mitigating risk in their supply chains using our solutions. These stories are a powerful reminder of why I do this work and motivate me to keep building high-impact solutions that are not only effective, but a joy for our customers to use. 🐸 What’s a hobby or activity you could talk about for hours and why? I love smoking meat, and sometimes I do talk about it for hours! It’s a hobby I picked up in 2020 after buying a Weber Smokey Mountain at the peak of COVID.
