🔥 1600% Team Growth, 9000% Client Growth, and Now… an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2025 Winner?! 🔥 Yeah… it's been a wild ride. And I'm still catching my breath. ✨ WE DID IT! This moment is surreal — not because awards define success, but because this one celebrates resilience, vision, and impact. With 23% of Fortune 1000 companies receiving this award at some point, the legacy is REAL. Entrepreneur Of The Year is one of the world's most prestigious honors for business leaders— with past winners like Jeff Bezos (Amazon), Howard Schultz (Starbucks), Larry Page (Google) and Sara Blakely (Spanx). And now… I get to be part of that legacy. 🙏🏾 The entrepreneurial journey is not easy. People see the headlines, the milestones, the metrics — but not the sleepless nights and silent burdens in between. In July 2023, I made the leap — I left my full-time job in financial services to pursue Omatochi full-time. No safety net. No outside funding. Just faith, grit, and a vision I couldn't shake. And then, in 2024, we exploded 💥! On paper? A rocket ship - Astronomical growth 📈 Behind the scenes? 🚫 We were bootstrapping 😓 I didn't know if we'd make payroll some months 💔 I lost friends and team members 😶 I carried the pressure quietly — even with an amazing support system, I didn't feel like I could fully share what I was going through....Yeah, this was not healthy. And I'm still learning how to be transparent in those difficult moments 😁🤦🏾♀️ Would I do it again? Without question! BECAUSE Omatochi - named after my daughters and was built in honor of my late father. - is my purpose in motion. - Today, Omatochi is creating real jobs — over 170 direct employees, 30+ indirectly — in the very communities we serve. -We're helping thousands of seniors and their families receive whole-person care rooted in culture, dignity, and connection. But I couldn't have done this without the support of the incredible people in my life ❤️ To my MOM — your strength lives in me. To my daughters — you are my WHY.
