After 10 incredible months at Apple, I made one of the hardest decisions of my career... I left to go all-in on building my own startup! Walking away from the stability, the team, and the prestige wasn’t easy... especially with all the uncertainty that comes with being a founder. But I couldn’t ignore the pull. What started as a scrappy tool to help our mom automate her notary business turned into something much bigger. At Notary Everyday (Ontraq), our mission is simple: automate notarizations at scale for title agencies and notaries nationwide. Now, after launching recently: - We’re processing 100+ real estate transactions a day - 9,700+ notaries, 700 title branches, and 70 signing services are using us - We’re growing by 300–500 notaries every week -And we’re now being backed by top-tier Silicon Valley firms I’ve never been more energized or more grateful to be doing what I love: solving a hard problem, building with passion, and scaling a company that started from family.
