I had an incredible time at the EUCI Women Leadership Conference for Women in Oil and Gas over the past week. I was honored to speak on a panel with some powerful women about Breaking Barriers: Achieving Leadership Roles in the Energy Sector. Through candid stories, practical insights, and lessons learned, we shed light on the internal and external challenges we’ve faced—from unconscious bias and to work-life balance pressures and organizational culture hurdles. It was a joy to share my insights and a pleasure to engage with so many women taking their own steps to leadership. I was able to attend the remainder of the conference and hear from thought provoking leaders on the importance of peer leadership, advocating for yourself, work-life integration and much more. A big thanks to Dana Waldrop for organizing another successful conference.
