This past weekend, a group of us from across the country came together in Dallas to celebrate two exceptional careers in the staffing industry — Alan Sarasohn and Jim Krauz. I had the privilege of working alongside both of these leaders for over a decade. They played a major role in shaping my career—through challenges, wins, and growth, both professionally and personally. We built something meaningful together and formed lasting friendships in the process. Grateful for the impact they’ve had on so many of us, and even more grateful I got to be part of the journey.
