🚀 Innovate or Die: A Ride into the Future of Healthcare 🚀 Took advantage of being in San Francisco this week to check out Waymo and take my first driverless-car ride. Y'all - my driverless car was a better driver than most Ubers I've taken! And it got me thinking about how healthcare is on the brink of its own revolution. Much like this autonomous vehicle changing the way we move, we’ve got to embrace innovation if we want to thrive. In a world that’s evolving faster than ever, sticking to old ways just won’t cut it. The mantra “innovate or die” isn’t just a catchy phrase—it’s a wake-up call! We need to shake things up, think outside the box, and make bold moves - especially on how the culture of healthcare affects the provider experience, which in turn influences both patient care and the bottom line. So, let’s make innovation our new norm! It’s time to foster a culture where creativity flourishes and we prioritize well-being and growth at every turn. Together, we can steer toward a brighter, more dynamic future for everyone. Want to learn more about innovating for provider well-being and profitability? Check out my upcoming course on PhysicalTherapy.com on Oct 30, 3pm PT. If you're ready to explore how innovative strategies can transform your organization, let’s connect! I’d love to discuss how we can work together to make meaningful changes. DM me for more info. What innovative ideas are you excited about? Let’s spark a conversation! 💬 #Innovation #Healthcare #Waymo #FutureOfWork #ChangeMakers

9moLISA, so true......... lets stand up and demand better pay for the medical providers.... rather common sense, i think, keep those that promote healing, and recovery , financially healthy, and know they are valued!
