What is a misconception that people have about working in the recruiting industry? I would say the biggest misconception is that we just look on LinkedIn, Indeed, any job board, pretty much all day and just try to find random people, hit them up, whether it's in mail or just regular messages. But here at Lee Brands, we don't do that as much as normal as normal recruiting industry. Obviously that's a big part of it. But, uh, we like to meet our clients in person, um, and candidates. So we're very interactive. We have great relationships with them and it's not always virtual. Yeah, of course we've, we've met some in person and not others, but that's our goal here is to try to meet everybody in person and really build that relationship as much as possible.
