[Best Practice Tips] ⭐ How Multi-Location Businesses Can Leverage Customer Feedback to Stand Out Locally ⭐ In today’s competitive landscape, multi-location businesses must go beyond generic marketing. One of the most effective ways to build trust and local engagement is by highlighting customer testimonials tailored to each community you serve. Take this example from Cedarhurst Senior Living. They’ve spotlighted a glowing review from their Wichita location, showcasing the personal care and community warmth that residents and their families experience. What makes this approach so impactful? ✔ Personalized Messaging: Featuring a testimonial specific to the Wichita location helps resonate with the local audience. It builds trust because it’s relevant to their community. ✔ Visually Engaging Format: The use of design elements, such as a gold background and foliage accents, elevates the testimonial, making it more eye-catching and shareable. ✔ Human-Centric Storytelling: Sharing a real-life story of a family’s peace of mind connects emotionally with potential customers and highlights the business’s core values. Best Practice Tip: Regularly feature location-specific reviews on your social media and website. Use them as part of your content calendar to highlight the unique strengths of each location. Pair them with visuals that reflect your brand identity for maximum impact. How does your business use customer feedback to stand out locally? Share your strategies in the comments ⬇ #CustomerExperience #ReputationManagement #LocalMarketing #MultiLocationBusiness

As an HR executive, living and working with compassion means prioritizing the well-being of our employees, who in turn dedicate themselves to the care of our residents. Unlike my colleagues and co-workers, whose primary focus is directly on our residents—from custodians and maintenance staff to CNAs, LPNs, RNs—my focus is on the people who make our mission possible: our employees. Compassion in my role involves ensuring that our team members have the support they need to thrive, both professionally and personally. This means crafting and implementing policies and procedures that not only foster a positive work environment but also empower our staff to deliver the best possible care to our residents. By working compassionately, we create a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and equipped to provide compassionate care. It’s about recognizing the vital role each team member plays and ensuring they have the resources and environment needed to succeed. When we care for our employees with the same dedication they show our residents, we build a stronger, more resilient organization. It’s a cycle of care that starts with us and radiates out to every individual we serve.

Thoughts through the Cheshire Gap!' A place people that believe eye care is more than just a minor line of work in their life, and who have ideas and opinions that they would like to put forward to others, in the hope of perhaps changing the eye care world just a little bit, to challenge, to encourage consideration and thinking that might improve; what we do, how and why we do it, and most importantly can we do it better for the benefit of ourselves and our patients. Rebecca Petris, Co-Founder & President, Dry Eye Foundation certainly does that. Go to https://xmrrwallet.com/cmx.plnkd.in/dy-2fsi7 in Eye Drops Database to consider and think more! Rebecca Petris
