you know all this innovation is wonderful, but if you don’t fix the underlying problems within the shopper part of the company, then all of this is for not. i’m hoping the new CEO will look into all the frailties that are going on in the sharper part of Instacart. Because you can spend all the money if you want to do all these wonderful things on that aspect. But it’s all for not if the customers are all leaving. There’s only gonna be solong before customers are gonna continue to be added as customers are leaving. The fact is, I’ve been trying to get through to people to help fix those things. But nobody wants to respond. Nobody wants to fix these parts.
