It goes without saying that attracting and retaining talent over the past few years has been high on most businesses agendas. Business owners, executives, Managers, HR professionals and recruitment professionals know too well the impact of the extreme talent crunch. The current unemployment rate in SA is 3.9 percent, below the national rate of 4.1 percent. Crazy!
