Health First’s Post

I’m Terry Forde, President and CEO of Health First. I’m excited to connect, listen, and share more about the incredible work happening across our organization. This year marks a major milestone for Health First: 30 years of caring for the people of Brevard County and the surrounding communities. While I wasn’t here at the beginning, I’m honored to help carry forward this mission and share where we’re headed next. Founded in 1995, Health First was built on a bold vision to bring hospital care, physicians, wellness services, and health coverage together to better serve our community. Today, that vision is growing. We’re expanding access and investing in people-centered care through some exciting projects: a new Cape Canaveral Hospital, an expanded Palm Bay Hospital, two freestanding ERs in Rockledge and South Brevard, and the latest addition, an expansion at Viera Hospital. Each of these reflects the strength and growth of our community. I look forward to using this space to not only update you all about our projects but also to highlight the people who make our vision possible, like our associates, clinicians, and community partners. #healthfirstcares #brevard
